Mastic Patch - Trowel Crack Sealer
A blend of asphalt emulsion, mineral filler, ground rubber, and plasticizers designed for heavy duty repairs and sealing cracks in excess of ½" in width in asphalt surfaces.

 

For Sealing Cracks: Completely fill cracks and scrape excess from the surface using a rubber V-shaped squeegee. For Filling Bird Baths: Area should be filled with lifts of ¼" in depth maximum and allowed to harden before any type of seal coating application.

Gray Concrete Joint and Crack Sealant - Conforms to or meets most ASTM D5893 and C920 specifications
A gray single-component, ready-to-use, ultra-low modulus, pourable, neutral cure, self-leveling elastomeric emulsion which offers the performance and durability characteristics of conventional silicone BUT is NOT A SILICONE OR POLYURETHANE BASED PRODUCT.  Flex Crete™ is a lower cost, easier application product with several advantages that can be used in all typical concrete joint/seam or crack applications in most climates and is compatible with asphalt pavement.

Prior to use, the user should read and follow Allstates' CONCRETE Joint and Crack Sealing Basics to verify proper product selections, application equipment, pavement preparation procedures, application geometry, usage precautions and safety procedures.
